Joomla plugin was moved to apache-extras

Hello Sebastian,

Joomla plugin has been moved.

Currently I see couple of issues:
1) we still have all these plugins in our tags folder:
        tags\plugins\drupal
        tags\plugins\joomla
        tags\plugins\moodle
2) The licence file in apache-extras repository was changed to be GPLv3,
but all source files have headers with ASF license
3) more plugins still exists in trunk\plugins folder

should I do anything with 1-3 above?
