Log:
Adapted the "dependencies, dependencies, dependencies" presentation made by Marcel to the new DependencyManager 4.0.
It includes a description of the new thread model, some example codes for adapters/aspects, and a recap of the
DM 4.0 new features (see at the end of the presentation).
