DTDGrammar - getContentSpec

Hi,
I am using xerces-2_0_2.

I need to get the ContentSpec for an element.
How can we obtain contentSpecIndex for passing as argument to

" public boolean getContentSpec(int contentSpecIndex, XMLContentSpec
contentSpec) "

method of org.apache.xerces.impl.dtd.DTDGrammar class ?
