Ryan Skraba updated AVRO-3588:
------------------------------
    Labels: website (was: )

> Include information about Avro releases in the website
> ------------------------------------------------------
>
> Key: AVRO-3588
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AVRO-3588
> Project: Apache Avro
> Issue Type: Improvement
> Components: community
> Reporter: Ismaël Mejía
> Priority: Minor
> Labels: website
>
> New contributors cannot easily know what is the current release policy of Avro as well as backwards/forwards guarantees. We should add a page for this as part of the new website.
