Add Host reserve

Hi, All.

I need to add a backup host. If one host goes down, automatically switches
to standby.

Hello,

You need to set global config parameter "ha.tag" to some value (eg.
"ha-host") and set this host tag in the hosts you want to have in standby.

Have you looked at the CS docs which covers "System Reliability and High Availability" at http://incubator.apache.org/cloudstack/docs/en-US/Apache_CloudStack/4.0.0-incubating/html/Admin_Guide/sys-reliability-and-ha.html

I found it to be a useful starting point.
