   I placed `iceberg-flink-runtime-1.16-1.2.0.jar`  in `FLINK_HOME/lib` folder and followed [Hadoop catalog creation doc](https://iceberg.apache.org/docs/latest/flink/#hadoop-catalog). I got the below error - 
   ```

   Thank you @leichangqing, your advice worked (just running sql-client without `-j`).
