   Airflow does not modify underlaying DAG file only model.
   Changes are resetted next time DAG is reloaded.

   we seem to have some problem  with pre-commit cache. Would you mind changing the name of pre-commit cache in in the ci.yml file (.github/workflows) to fix it. I will take a closer look at that in a moment.
