[jira] [Commented] (SCM-823) Support for Subversion 1.9's feature to pin svn:externals when tagging

Michael Osipov commented on SCM-823:
------------------------------------

This patch is incomplete because it says it pins with copy operation, but branch uses copy too. This should be clarified. Create a PR and attach to SCM-805.

> Please provide support for the command line option "--pin-externals" in the svn copy command that is new in Subversion 1.9. This feature is quite useful when you tag code, i.e. when creating releases via "mvn release:prepare release:perform".
