Followup to Subversion 1.5

We'd like to thank everyone for their feedback regarding Subversion 1.5.
 We've decided to go ahead and push to get basic merge tracking into the
1.5 release, with additional merge tracking features to follow in 1.6.

Specifics regarding the merge tracking features targeted for 1.5 can be
