At INFRA-5588 (cfr. comment at [#1]), we requested an Ubuntu VM to hold project and documentation wikis.

Specifically, we need (from [#1]):

* http://jspwiki.apache.org/wiki to be the equivalent of http://www.jspwiki.org (content will be rebuilt from scratch, so it can be properly licensed)
* http://jspwiki.apache.org/docs to hold the contents of http://doc.jspwiki.org, as content can be safely transferred
* http://jspwiki.apache.org/sandbox to hold the contents of http://sandbox.jspwiki.org, which content is reset everyday

each of these will likely go to a separate tomcat instance on the ubuntu vm.
