VCLDOCS autoexport for official docs

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

I finally started copying content from our primary confluence space to the one
Alan set up for us to use for managing official documentation. Only people
with a CLA on file are allowed to contribute to the VCLDOCS content.

The next step is to choose an autoexport template to use (or at least base
ours off of). I looked through the sites that are getting autoexported to see
what templates are currently being used. Here are examples of the templates I
found:

https://cwiki.apache.org/ARIES/
https://cwiki.apache.org/FELIX/
https://cwiki.apache.org/FTPSERVER/
https://cwiki.apache.org/CAYDOC/
https://cwiki.apache.org/GMOxSITE/
https://cwiki.apache.org/HIVEMIND2/
https://cwiki.apache.org/JAMES/
https://cwiki.apache.org/ODExSITE/
https://cwiki.apache.org/OPENEJB/

I think my top three (in order would be):

GMOxSITE
ARIES
JAMES

After we get a template set up, I'll create a cronjob on people.a.o to copy
the autoexported content to /www/incubator.apache.org/vcl.

Please let me know which template you like best. Anyone on this list is
welcome to provide input.

Thanks,
Josh
