   ### What happened?
   
   When adding a new table exists action to a workflow, the error below is thrown. 
   This  does not prevent the action dialog from opening correctly after clicking ok on the error dialog. 
   
   `Unable to load database connection with name null from the metadata. Please verify that the case of the connection name is correct because that could be an issue!`
