[jira] [Created] (YETUS-528) smart apply patch should have a mode
where it handles the happy-path for "apply to branches X,Y,Z"
Sean Busbey created YETUS-528:
---------------------------------
Summary: smart apply patch should have a mode where it handles the happy-path for "apply to branches X,Y,Z"
Key: YETUS-528
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YETUS-528
Project: Yetus
Issue Type: New Feature
Components: Test Patch
Affects Versions: 0.4.0
Reporter: Sean Busbey
Priority: Critical
My normal workflow relies on smart-apply-patch for getting things into my local working repo. Lately, I've had lots of things on HBase that had to go on ~6 branches. In almost all cases this was a clean cherry-pick back. It'd be nice if I could give smart-apply-patch a list of branches and it would handle the happy path at least.
