Mirror configuration

As a result of a user complaint [1] I've checked all mirrors
currently listed as an official Apache.org HTTP mirror.

The check consisted of a single file request [2] and shows
if the mirror conforms to our recommended configuration [3],
specifically to the recommended AllowOverride setting.

All in all 122 mirrors were checked. 5 of them didn't respond
correctly or were unreachable. 17 responded with a Content-
Type of text/plain, 1 with text/html and the rest (99) with a
Content-Type of application/octet-stream.

Attached is a list of the results.

I'll send an email to the maintainers of mirrors sending
a Content-Type different from application/octet-stream.

there was a $10,000 reward but unfortunately since you decided to
both top post and include all 200 odd lines of the previous message
to add your 2 lines of comment the judges decided to disqualify you
based on the (lack of) signal to noise.
