I don't know if we understand something different by the bug summary, but I
don't know how exactly this bug is related to 24498. We had already the
discussion of silently ignoring non-sitemap namespaces, at that time especially
for adding documentation to the sitemap (not in comments as it is done at the
moment, but in extra documentation namespace):

Removing dependency, because it's a more general issue.
