Please review the board report

Hi PPMC members (and community),

Mark prepared a Board report here:
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/TAMAYA/Tamaya+Board+Report+2015-01

I've made some edits. Please review, thus far no one has come up to
request access to the wiki and at least the names I know couldn't be found
in confluence. If you'd like access please don't hesitate to ask (after
registering).

Also, for any PPMC members who aren't subscribed to private@ please do
subscribe.

John
