InstanceManagement problem

Hi,

I have a problem with InstanceManagement web service. I invoked method
queryInstances with query string: status="FAILED" and method didn't
find any instance. When I invoked method listAllInstances I got few
instances with status FAILED.
Is it a bug or query string is wrong? I use Hibernate DAO and apache ode 1.3.5.
