[VOTE] 10.10.2.0 release

Hi,

Please test-drive the 10.10.2.0 release candidate, then vote on whether to
accept it as a Derby release. The candidate is available at:
   http://people.apache.org/~myrnavl/derby-10.10.2.0-RC1/

The polls close at Friday, April 11, 2014, 5.00 pm.

10.10.2.0 is a bug fix release. The top level wiki page for info, and for
logging tests is here:
    https://wiki.apache.org/db-derby/DerbyTenTenTwoRelease

I ran full tests on my Mac. No new issues were disclosed by the Oracle 
platform tests (which will be published soon at 
http://wiki.apache.org/db-derby/TenTenTwoPlatformTesting).

Thanks for generating this release Myrna. I downloaded it last night, did
some basic testing and ran junit suite on my Windows laptop with IBM jdk
1.6 and it ran clean. I have started derbyall suite and report the results
of it once it's done. Thanks again.
