> The editorderitems.ftl page should be improved to display order items similar to how they are displayed on orderitems.ftl.  The edit page uses separator lines to distinguish order items whereas the view page uses alternate-row coloring which should be used for editorderitems.ftl as well.  
> If the last two table columns are removed from the table the form becomes much easier to read.  Any buttons that are rendered in those two columns should be rendered in the Subtotal column instead.
