simply getting plugin properties

I'm using struts 1.1 and need to set some parameters in my plugin
definition.

here is my plugin definition:

<plug-in className="com.bpam.mediatheque.plugins.MediathequePlugin">
<set-property
property="myProperty"
value"/WEB-INF/myFile.xml"/>
</plug-in>

I would like to read the property in my plugin init method.
can someone tell me how to do this.
