Summary: apache does not start after mod_caucho configuration
           Product: Apache httpd-2
           Version: 2.2.6
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: support
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: abhijit_kakade@infosys.com
                CC: abhijit_kakade@infosys.com

With Apache 2.2.6 and after copuling with resin 3.0.25 (or 3.0.24) with
mod_caucho configuration in httpd.conf file, apache does not start. Error shown
is -

httpd.exe: Syntax error on line 115 of C:/Program Files/Apache Software Foundati
on/Apache2.2/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load D:/latest apache resin/resin3.0.25/res
in-3.0.25/win32/apache-2.0/mod_caucho.dll into server: The specified module
could not be found.

It will be ok if you can suggest another lower apache version which is
compatible with any resin with mod_caucho configuration or a solution to above
problem in said versions.

Many Thanks

Nothing to do with the httpd project. It's documented multiple times over
that 2.0.x modules will not load in 2.2, you need a module compiled for 2.2.
mod_whatever isn't provided by the ASF.
