Strange problem with svg : blank screen first call

Hi,

I've got problems with svg images.
I use cocoon to transform xml flow and xsl stylesheet into PDF output.
In my xsl-fo file, there is svg image.
When i first call my tranformation, i've got a blank screen, all the other times, it works fine.
The svg image is a result of conversion from png image like this :
<svg width=" ....
<image width="133.000000" height="27.000000" xlink:href="data:image/png;base64, ......

Is it a cache problem, or svg with tag "<image"> cause problem?
