October board report

I think that Felix has its quarterly board report due. I have started a 
wiki page to edit the report details:

Please help me fill in more details that I may have missed.

I was wondering, should we just keep the board reports on our wiki and 
just give a link to the board?

It is entirely up to us. The incubator wiki one will be pasted into the 
actual board agenda, and it is the board agenda that actually matters.

Ok, the October board report for is online now, so I pasted the contents of:

Into:

    http://wiki.apache.org/incubator/October2006

I am not sure if it is complete, but at least we have something. I would 
appreciate it if people could look and add anything that I am missing.

Should we keep the status report on our wiki too or should we just 
delete it now that the board report is online?

Er, create yourself an account and paste it. It is open to anyone who
can create an account.

No. They want them provided as one document. We should wait until the
