Note: I'm aware of SAMZA-286, I'm only requesting additional information be added to the table in the current design.

* The actual application ID, not just the attempt ID
* Samza version
* AM's classpath and other jvm options

It might also be nice to detect hdfs:// for yarn.package.path and link to that location on the namenode's HDFS browser.
