   ## Description ##
   This PR updates the htaccess redirection to use a default value (master) and better handles requests coming in from different versions.
   
   Fixes https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/issues/13740.
   
   ## Comments
   It's been working in my staging server for a while as it was intended for the search update, but it needs thorough testing before merging.
   Preview link will be provided after a full refresh.
