[m2] class not found problem when running plugin

hello,
 
I am creating a plugin (inherits from Abstractmojo) that is running 
during the build cycle in the phase generate-test-sources
I need the already compiled classes (from the project the plugin is 
running in) available
but I get a ClassNotFoundException
how can I load all classes in target/classes without messing up
