IOManagerImpl#importContent() iterates through all IOHandlers and calls context.informCompleted() afterwards. However, informCompleted() is NOT called if an IOHandler throws an IOException (which may happen in importContent()). The result is a leaked temp file, as the import context only deletes its temp file when informCompleted() is called.
