[Trinidad] maven-faces-plugin -- icon location?

I am working on one of the components I suggested to assist with PPR,
and was using the Iterator.xml as a basis to see how to write one of
the component files. In it is:

    <icon>
      <small-icon>/org/apache/myfaces/trinidad/metadata/icons/iterator.png</small-icon>
    </icon>

I looked through the source tree and I can't find an iterator.png at
all. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Hello Andrew,

I think those are long dead or were not provided at all by Oracle since they
aren't recognized in JDeveloper when using Trinidad (and JDeveloper does the
icon lookup).
