WebSVN error
Hello,
I'm running WebSVN v1.61 on FreeBSD 6.0. I changed the config.inc file,
added this line:
$config->addRepository("Messias Repository","/home/svn/repository");
This is the error message that I get when I follow the link to my
repository:
Error running this command: /*svnlook youngest '/home/svn/repository'
*/If I run the same command after doing 'su -l www' then it works fine.
There is no detailed error message in the logfile.
In my php.ini file "log_errors" is "On", and the logfile only contains
this line for each request:
[Wed Feb 01 17:11:14 2006] [error] [client 172.16.0.26] File does not
exist: /usr/local/www/data/favicon.ico
Please help me finding out where is the error. Thanks
Laszlo

Yes, that was the solution. Thank you!
I think the comments in the config.inc file are wrong. It says:
"Configure these lines if your commands aren't on your path."
For my 'www' user, they are on path.
Thank you again!

Laszlo,
Search for 'svnlook' in the WebSVN mailing list history:
http://websvn.tigris.org/servlets/SearchList?listName=dev
Some threads refer to setting this option in config.inc :
$config->setSVNCommandPath("/usr/local/bin");
Check it out yourself, I'm not a WebSVN user.
Hope this helps,
Lieven.

I tried that and after 7 hours I do cannot see a new message on that list.
Not talking about answers, there are no messages at all.
Probably that list is dead. :(
Do you have other ideas?

Hey Laszlo,
you'll probably have more chance getting this question answered on the
WebSVN mailing list at dev@websvn.tigris.org ( it's for users and developers
).
Lieven.
