### Description
我现在有个需求是在 doris中实现 hive 的mask 函数 ， 用于数据脱敏 ， 目前使用的版本是 1.1.1 ，是否可以用 java udf 函数实现；
之前的想法是使用 CREATE ALIAS FUNCTION ， 但是不太灵活 无法实现多种参数的方式；

自己写的话肯定是能实现的 ， 但是上游给拼接的sql只会沿用 hive 的 mask 方式 ， 也就是说 是在 doris 中 定义一个 mask函数 ， 来实现脱敏
