[Vysper][s2s] Server-to-Server now working

Hi Vysperistos,

I've committed a couple of improvements to s2s handling.
I've managed to have two Vysper servers properly talking to each other.
Another piece of art has been certificate management, which is now easier
to configure. It's now possible to even enable strict certificate checks
between servers.
Besides subscribing to remote accounts, s2s-pinging is now working to
keep-alive s2 connections.

It's all in "trunk", maybe I manage to cut a release soonish (i.e. 2013).

Have fun,

  Bernd

:-) maybe by creating interoperability between two Vyspers, I broke
interoperability between other servers...

\o/ I only ever tested it against Googles implementation, and I guess
that's moot now anyhow.
