Dear All, 



Thank you for note this mail. I'm appreciate that if you can help me to solution the problem. 

I met the case as the attached photo, and I was tried to fix it but looks still got the same problem even uninstall… 


Would you kindly info us how to fix it, because I like to use OpenOffice for my Doc. work...
