   Hi @tree1123 for the community to help you out, we will need a LOT more context :)
   
   - What version of Superset are you using?
   - Which database are you using? 
   - What's the column type for the `created` column?
   
   Issues with #2 and #3 often cause the issue you're seeing!
   
   Also keep in mind that filter boxes are being deprecated slowly in favor of Dashboard Native Filters: https://github.com/apache/superset/issues/12148
