Environment: Linux Redhat 9.0, 

Description:
The property   forrest.validate.excludes in the file forrest.properties is not working properly. 

We can inform a comma separated list of path pattern not to include in the validation, but, it does not work. At validation time, everything is validated. Unlesss, we set validate=false
