xerces includes
In the source files they are all in the form:
#include <xercesc/sax2/DefaultHandler.hpp>
but in cvs the directory is xerces-c which should it be? Which one is
"right"?

No particular reason :). The include directory that comes with xerces is
"xercesc". In making the lib directories we have made it as xerces-c. Thanks
for pointing this out Mark.
+1 for making them consistent as "xercesc".
