+I forgot to commit the change in ShipmentCostEstimate: add productStoreShipMethId to ShipmentCostEstimate when created by createShipmentEstimate. Else new created ShipmentCostEstimate would be inconsistent, see http://markmail.org/message/2f6ryfm6fvvrvx74
