### What happened
Version 31 of NetBeans misses a very convenient feature common to many previous NetBean versions up to and including NetBeans 30. When editing HTML file in my web project each time I save a file changes were immediately automatically copied into "target" project folder. Not so in NetBeans 31, where changes in HTML files are only effective in browser after project compilation.

Sorry, but I am afraid that all my report is erroneous. Now I experience no problem at all with copying the changed HTML files into the target folder with NetBeans 31. Cannot guess just how I came to this trouble on the day when I first installed NetBeans 31...

Packaging: war. Java codebase + HTML and JavaScript files. This project was created and supported by me for so long that I really can't remember details of it's creation like template type, versions etc.

@epliskin can you provide a sample project that reproduces the issue? What kind of project are you developing (JSP, JSF)? What server is used?

I followed your link and added to the web.xml this parameter:
<context-param>
<param-name>jakarta.faces.FACELETS_REFRESH_PERIOD</param-name>
<param-value>1</param-value>
</context-param>
It works now! Thank you very much.
My web server is Tomcat 9. Framework struts2, version 6.1.1.

Please be specific. What does "web project" mean? Type, versions, etc. Any log messages that look relevant?
