[users@httpd] Apache behaviour for bad HTTP headers

Hello all,

Please let me know if this should be posted to the
developers' mailing list.

Does anyone know what the behaviour of Apache is under
the circumstances where the HTTP request or response
contains an invalid request header?

Specifically, when the Connection header contains
something other than 'close'?

It appears to immediately close the connection - can
anyone confirm or deny that this is Apache's behaviour
for both requests and responses?

Thanks,
Andy
