Its a pain to set up SCP to work on windows, because the putty tools dont set up
~/.ssh/known_hosts. We need a task, <trusthost> to do this, something like
<knownhost host="lucky" fingerprint="fjkdjfdkjfldk90909090" />
or
<knownhost host="lucky" >
<fingerprint file="some filename" />
<knownhost host="lucinda" >
<fingerprint file="http://example.org/public.pub" />
</knownhost>
yes, there are interesting security issues from all of this, but if you are
running build scripts on your box, you are implictly 0wned

I am fed up with support calls related to Auth Cancel and Auth Fail on the
mailing list, and fed up with trying to understand the same messages on my own
systems.
How about we
-get a list of what the common error messages coming from jsch are
-find out what they mean, and the underlying causes
-print out the real problem and some possible solutions.
