Fineract CN Compliance Report

Hello fineracters,

Hope you're enjoying the last month of 2018.

I just documented a Compliance report [1] so we all have a clearer picture
of what dependencies from Fineract CN repositories will need addressing and
the status thereof.

You're invited to read through and suggest changes so we make the platform
compliant with the ASF's licensing rules [2] for release.
