Update, it looks like QuestDB v6 re-introduced arm support:
https://github.com/questdb/questdb/issues/569#issuecomment-1114570465
QuestDB was recently updated to version 6.3 as part of Java 17 compatibility changes, so there may actually be nothing left to do for this ticket other than testing to see if it is resolved.
