[jira] Commented: (JELLY-71) Confusing documentation

Body:
The docs aren't confusing... they are wrong.
The project website fails to reflect that Jelly has moved out of the sandbox and into the main jakarta-commons (even though it happened some time ago...) Very irratating to checkout the sandbox and not find what I was looking for.
You also need to build the jar ("maven jar" in the jelly root dir) before you can run the demo.
"maven -g" is no help either. Maybe I'm blind, or it was lost in the myriad of other possible maven goals on my system, but I saw no goals for demo:swing
I'm giving Jelly the benefit of the doubt, since it's under the Jakarta umbrella... If it wasn't I'd have just given up. What a pain in the rear just to demo.

Here is an overview of the issue:

Key: JELLY-71
Summary: Confusing documentation
Type: Bug
Status: Unassigned
Priority: Minor
Time Spent: Unknown
Remaining: Unknown
Project: jelly
Components:
taglib.swing

Reporter: David Eric Pugh

Updated: Mon, 18 Aug 2003 12:04 PM
Environment: Maven cvs head and jelly cvs head on windows
Description:
The documentation http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/jelly/tutorial.html I found confusing for the jelly swing section. I kept typing maven demo:swing and it didn't work.
I tried it and then it did, the key was to be in /src/jelly-tags/swing as the goals are provided by the maven.xml file there.
I have attached a patch that updates the documentation a bit.
Eric
