   ### Description
   
   At present, InLong only supports flink streaming runtime execution mode.
   For the offline data sync, the batch mode for flink job is needed.
   So, we should make the execution mode configurable.
   
   ### Use case
   
   For the offline data sync,  use the batch execution mode
