   The example is here - https://github.com/anirudhacharya/onnx/blob/master/docs/Operators.md#Slice
   It was there in the initial post. 
   
   We could probably use slice_axis multiple times with different axis values, to replicate the "axis as a tuple" use case, but that could be inefficient for large tuples.
