Using Axis-cpp 1.6 beta

Hello everyone.

I've started a project that will be using the Axis-cpp project based on the 1.6 beta drop. So far, I've run into a few issues I'd like to discuess. To start with:

I've had to rebuild the binaries (for VC7.1) because our codebase is using the /Zc:wchar_t, /Zc:forScope, and /GR. I have not found a way to specify these on the build short of modifying buildInitialize.xml to add:
            <compilerarg value="/Zc:wchar_t"/>
            <compilerarg value="/Zc:forScope"/>
            <compilerarg value="/GR"/>

Is there a better way? I'd be willing to develop a more generic patch. Any suggestions on the proper way to do this?

I'd like to try the latest code. Where can I get it? The nightly directory does not appear to have been built since August. What is the url for the direct SVN access?

Wayne, I am afraid there is no better way. I would also suggest you use
the latest code in SVN instead of 1.6 beta since there is a lot of fixes
not in 1.6 beta.
