[jira] [Commented] (CB-6927) Changing the default camera direction does not do anything on Android

Joe Bowser commented on CB-6927:
--------------------------------

Can you provide more information, such as which device you were using and what version of Android? Android uses intents to take advantage of the camera application that's on the phone, so some cameras may not support this option.

> When using the camera plugin, I tried to change the default camera direction using the option "cameraDirection: Camera.Direction.FRONT" but it did not change. It seems that it continues to use whatever camera direction was last used.
> On iOS, you get the correct expected behavior.
