[PR] fix(table): clone row delta snapshot properties [iceberg-go]
fallintoplace opened a new pull request, #1403:

Single-purpose defensive copy fix.
Clones RowDelta snapshot properties map at construction time so caller-provided property map mutations cannot leak into metadata updates. Adds regression coverage.
