   ### SUMMARY
   Initial refactor of AsyncQueryManager in order to consolidate logic that can be further customized downstream.
   
   * Adds config `GLOBAL_ASYNC_QUERIES_REGISTER_REQUEST_HANDLERS` with default of `True` that controls whether or not so set cookies for each request when AsyncQueries are enabled.
