   有个疑问  文档上 没有具体说明 push 与 pull 的区别
   我理解的 是
   
   - pull 是定时拉取 push 是自己主动拉去
   - pull 性能影响小一些
   - push 时效性高 但是不知道是不是每次调用的时候 都会去请求注册中心,这样 用户访问量多的时候 岂不是 注册中心也会收到影响
   
   另外 注册中心全局限流的机制是什么? 是否开启全局限流的时候 也会影响到注册中心的性能
   
   问题 :
   1. 注册中心的业务是否会受到c端用户的影响      (注册中心的性能不需要考虑 c端用户的数量多少)
   2. 注册中心的性能是否只是受到中心的数量影响      (服务数量多,要求注册中心性能高)
