[ANNOUNCE] WicketStuff 9.23.0 Released

WicketStuff core 9.23.0 based on Apache Wicket 9.23.0 is released
and soon will be available at Maven Central!

Maxim Solodovnik (4):
      Switching to the next development version
      Fixes #1437: containerCssClass is replaced with
selectionCssClass; select2 is retrieved via webjars
      Dependencies are updated
      wicketstuff-core-9.23.0 build was successful

Martin Grigorov (1):
      Update Wicket API link to nightlies version
